Florida Man stories are bizarre stories that happen in the state of Florida. Florida has a lot of crazy people in it, which means we get crazy headlines. A lot of the stories that are out of Florida are from people that are under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. Here’s a compilation of recent Florida Man Stories.

The first story happened on September 5th, 2019. In a Facebook post, Patrick Eldridge parked his smart car in his kitchen. Patrick said, “I was scared Hurricane Dorian was going to blow it away.’’ Their other car was in the garage in Jacksonville, Florida. Dorian is going right along Florida’s coast, narrowly missing Jacksonville as it heads up toward the Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina coasts.

The next story was January 30th, 2019, when 29-year-old Matt Crull was arrested for possession of heroin, but the police later found out it was Tide detergent. Matt and 10 other guys spent 41 days in jail. He had to spend Christmas and New Years’ Day behind bars because of the incident. According to NBC2 News, Crull had a white powdery substance that was found in the door of his van, wrapped in plastic with a hair tie around it. Crull says it was Tide laundry detergent. Deputy Steven O’Leary said it was a lot of heroin. All 10 guys are now out of jail and the deputy was fired.
