Spring Snow

Emma Schneider, Journalist

Last week winter weather swept across almost all of Indiana, invading the spring season and causing an unusual snowfall. Even with the rapid change to cold weather the snow quickly melted, but the flurries continued throughout the day. It soon returned to spring weather and rain, but the quick snow was an interesting sight.

While meteorologists had predicted these snow flurries, it caused many Madison citizens unrest; upset that they hadn’t left snow and cold weather behind in early March. The snow might have caused some hard feelings, but it was certainly a sight to behold, covering the spring blossoms in a light layer of snow.
