Rebellious Times

You know my name, but what you might not know is that I was born in Ohio as my mom's only daughter and my dad's only (biological) kid. I have three little brother's who share different dads, but they are my boys, and I love them. Early on in my life, my mom lost custody of me, and I went to live with my dad in New Carlisle. I was in middle school at the time. Over time, my mom became distant, and my dad told me I would be moving states. In the third-quarter of my freshman year, I moved to Hanover, Indiana, and enrolled at Southwestern. I still haven't fully reconciled with my mother.

Since then, I've been in the band, a play, the student council, the art club, and the academic team for science. I love to learn, but I enjoy creating things much more. It doesn't matter what it is; I could be working with paint, clay, or fabric. My favorite things to learn are history and languages. For me, there's nothing like learning about somewhere new and getting the chance to experience different things. I hope to one day get to go to a college to specialize in languages or web design; until then, I work as a waitress at Frisch's to save up.
